Elecciones presidenciales, reacciones del mercado de capitales y sentimiento de los inversionistas en México

Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el efecto que tienen las elecciones presidenciales en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, mediante la evaluación de posibles diferencias significativas en su comportamiento durante los años de elecciones presidenciales, usando el análisis ANOVA. Se identificaron cambios estructurales en dos de las muestras analizadas, por lo que se acepta parcialmente la hipótesis de la influencia de las elecciones en el sentimiento de los inversionistas y en los precios de las acciones. Se sugiere un análisis más detallado de dichos cambios, con el propósito de comprender mejor el comportamiento de los inversionistas y su  influencia en los mercados financieros.
